Contacting the clinic

The enquiry form sends your name, chosen contact detail, language, clinic preference and permission to reply to the MENSCAPE team in Respond.io. A private delivery queue retries temporary failures and prevents duplicate submissions. Delivered form details are removed from this queue after 7 days; delivery receipts remain for up to 90 days. This is an appointment request, not a confirmed booking or medical record. WhatsApp and LINE messages are sent only when you choose to send them. Details you send to the clinic are handled under MENSCAPE’s privacy policy and the receiving platform’s terms.

Website measurement

On the public website, Google Analytics records page visits, contact-button taps and accepted enquiries. Google Ads records WhatsApp and LINE taps, not confirmed conversations or bookings. Measurement loads without a pop-up and respects the footer opt-out and browser privacy signals. It uses normal page URLs and advertising click identifiers for attribution. Form contents, names, phone numbers, email addresses and patient messages are not sent in analytics events. Remarketing and personalised advertising are not enabled. Hosting providers process technical access logs.
